Our mission is not to male bash. It is not to
turn men into a bunch of pansies. Our goal is to provide men
with a few insights, through which everyone gets their needs
met.. Borrowing from a well known author, men and women are from
different planets. We each run on different energy supplies,
women inherently on emotional and men on physical. Most of us
aren't provided a instruction manual on how to interact with the
other gender. We often only replay the behavior that was
modeled to us by our parents. In case anyone hasn't noticed,
the divorce rate is over 50%. Possibly because we are acting
out behaviors that don't work. Behaviors that don't aid in
resolving conflict. When you are in conflict with someone it
is hard to like them. Unresolved conflict acts like mange on a
dog, it just keeps creeping along and infecting everything it
touches. If you want to eliminate conflict in a more constructive
manner, then you have to understand it. The key to successful
relationships is not how well you communicate when you like each
other. It is how well you communicate when you are in
conflict. You must have insight into the other sides
perspectives. Only then, can there be two winners when the
conflict is resolved.
